Virtual Tours FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the four types of virtual tours you are offering?
Our Graceland Experience is an overview of most everything Graceland has to offer, including the iconic Mansion, the Lisa Marie airplane and a tour through Elvis Presley’s Memphis Exhibition and Entertainment complex. We highly recommend that for those who have never been to Graceland. For those who have already taken this tour or want to spend more time in either the Mansion, the Exhibition & Entertainment complex or visit the private vaults of Graceland Archives, the new virtual tour offerings allow fans to do just that.

Are all tours 2 hours in length, led by Angie and available to view for 7 days?
Yes!

Will any of the tours show me the upstairs of Graceland Mansion?
The Presley Family has requested that the upstairs of Graceland Mansion remain private. We continue to honor that request.

How did you arrive at the pricing?
Fans from around the globe have asked us for years to provide a Graceland Virtual Tour option as many are unable to travel to Memphis. We are happy to finally be able to do so and are gratified by the overwhelming response. To give you some context as to how we arrived at pricing, this tour is most comparable to our $190 UVIP tour. However, the Virtual Live Tour offers benefits that even the UVIP Tour does not such as the ability to go “behind the ropes” and experience Graceland from a perspective not available to those who tour in-person. Additionally, the tour is led by Angie Marchese, our Graceland Archives Vice President and Elvis expert with over 30 years of experience. She shares a wealth of stories that will enrich the Virtual Tour and, viewers will have the ability to ask her questions. The ticket also includes the ability to view the tour, at your leisure or as many times as you’d like, over the course of seven days - all from the comfort of your own personal space, no matter where you are in the world.

How long does a Graceland Virtual Live Tour last?
Tours last approximately two hours.

Do I have to have a Facebook account to participate?
Yes. This is the only platform our tour is available on.

How do I access the Graceland Live Tour Facebook Group?
You will receive a confirmation email from Graceland that includes the link and access instructions to join the Facebook group.

I purchased the tour as a gift for someone else. How do they get access?
The purchase confirmation email containing the link to the Tour's Facebook Group and directions on how to join the group will be sent to the purchaser. You should share that information with the gift recipient. When they are ready to join the group, they should login to their Facebook account and go to the link contained in the confirmation email. *VERY IMPORTANT* When the gift recipient clicks "Join Group" they will be asked to enter an email address. They MUST enter the PURCHASER'S EMAIL ADDRESS, NOT THEIR OWN. Only the email address used at time of purchase will grant access to the group. They should then allow 24-48 hours for verification and approval to join.

If the screen says I lost my connection during the tour, what should I do?
Refresh your browser and check your internet connection. In rare instances, you should log out of Facebook and log back in to access the live event or look to see if a new feed has started below.

Can I rewatch the tour after it ends?
Yes. You can rewatch the tour as many times as you like for up to 7 days after the initial live presentation. To access your tour simply go the “Announcements” tab right under the heading “Graceland Virtual Live Tour.”

Can I purchase the tour link to own?
Not at this time. We’re working to find a secure solution that allows us to offer this option.

How do I ask questions?
You can submit your questions via email to [email protected] or under the comments during the live tour. We’ll do our best to answer.

How can I purchase exclusive Graceland Virtual Tour merchandise?
We’ve created exclusive merchandise bundles only available to those who’ve participated in a virtual tour. Guests who purchase a Virtual Tour will receive an email with details regarding this exclusive opportunity.
If you’d like to browse a wide variety of Elvis and Graceland merchandise not specific to the virtual tours,Shop Here.

Will you be hosting future Virtual events?
Yes! Sign up for our newsletter to receive annpuncements on Graceland's next virtual events.

Do you offer Group rates for the Virtual Tours?

How can I continue to receive exclusive content?
