ZEBRA
How will I know where I am sitting? All events will be seated in compliance with social distancing guidelines, which is why there are only a limited number of seats available for this year’s shows. Please check the seating chart to see what section you are purchasing and the proximity to the stage. We are unable to assign you a specific seat until October 26 since we need to see how many seats are together for each order, but prime seating within a section will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. How can I make arrangements to sit with family and friends? Only those on the same ticket order will be seated together. I’ve purchased a ticket or package. Where do I pick them up and when? On October 26, you will receive an email with your specific seat assignments. Be sure to bring that with you to the event, as it will serve as your entry ticket. Package holders will be notified separately as to where they can pick up everything included in their package. Can I buy tickets onsite at the event? Due to social distancing guidelines, we will need to seat the house a couple weeks before the event. Once seat numbers are assigned, we will continue to accept reservations as space allows. However, walk up orders the day of the show will difficult, if not impossible, to accommodate. Please order in advance. What do I do if I need to cancel or make changes to my ticket or package order? All Miss USA and Miss Teen USA tickets and packages are non-refundable. Please read our full Terms and Conditions here. Where, exactly, are the shows being held? The shows will be held at The Soundstage at Graceland, which is part of Elvis Presley’s Memphis Complex. The address for the Graceland’s Visitors Parking Lot is 3717 Elvis Presley Blvd, Memphis, TN, 38116. There is a $10 fee for parking. What are Miss USA’s and Graceland’s COVID-19 protocols?
