How will I know where I am sitting? Row numbers within a section may be modified from the original seating chart. You will still be seated within the section you purchased and in the order you purchased, however, in some cases, social distancing configurations may adjust section row numbers by a couple of rows. HOW & WHERE DO I PICK UP MY TICKETS? All tickets will now be will-call only and no print at home options will be offered. You can pick up your tickets at the Graceland Ticket Plaza on Friday, 11/6 through Monday, 11/9 between 9am-4pm or 60 minutes prior to your event start time. Platinum and Gold Package Holders will pick up their Packages at the conclusion of their first event (held at the Guest House Hotel on Friday, 11/6 at 11:00-12:30pm). Teen Package Holders can pick up their Package at the Graceland Ticket Plaza on Friday, 11/6 anytime between 9am-6pm. HOW DO I CANCEL MY TICKET OR PACKAGE ORDER? All Miss USA and Miss Teen USA tickets and packages are non-refundable and may not be resold. Please read our full Terms and Conditions here. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE WAIT LIST? We plan to update everyone regarding their status October 8, 2020. CAN I BUY TICKETS ONSITE AT THE EVENT? Due to the demand and lengthy waiting list, we do not anticipate any tickets being available. However, you are welcome to check at the Graceland Ticket Plaza on the day of the show. WHAT IS THE MISS USA FINALS LIVE VIEWING PARTY? With a waiting list nearing 1000, we wanted to provide a way for more fans to be part of the excitement of the Miss USA Finals. The Live Viewing Party is a fabulous way to experience the heart pounding excitement of the show simulcast in real-time on a massive screen in the Graceland Exhibition Center, just steps away from the live event. Former Miss USA Winners and Contestants from years’ past, plus some of the Miss 2020 contestants just off the runway, will be stopping by to say hello. Food and beverage will be available for purchase. IF I BUY A VIEWING PARTY TICKET, DO I LOSE MY PLACE ON THE WAITING LIST? No. If you are next up on the waiting list for any particular event, we will contact you and you’ll have the choice to purchase and cancel your Viewing Party Ticket. WHERE ARE THE COMPETITONS & THE VIEWING PARTY BEING HELD? With the exception of the Miss USA Finals Live Viewing Party held at the Graceland Exhibition Center, all of the competitions will be held at The Soundstage at Graceland, which is part of the Elvis Presley’s Memphis Complex. WHERE SHOULD I PARK? The address for the Graceland’s Visitors Parking is 3717 Elvis Presley Blvd, Memphis, TN, 38116. There is a $10 fee for parking. Those staying at The Guest House at Graceland can ride the complementary shuttle. What are the COVID-19 protocols? All events and tours will follow Shelby County Health Department COVID-19 protocols. Currently, this includes wearing a facemask at all public events and in all public spaces (except while eating). Temperature checks are also required before being admitted to any Miss USA or Miss Teen USA event or to Graceland. Additionally, you will also receive a questionnaire from us approximately one week prior to your arrival in Memphis. It will ask you to confirm that you have not experienced any COVID symptoms in recent days. You will need to return that brief questionnaire to us prior to your arrival onsite. we encourage you to read the most current COVID policy prior to your visit. Click here to view. Can I bring a camera to the show? YES! Small, personal cameras are permitted, but large zoom lenses and commercial photography are not. Will there be food or drink available for purchase at the shows? Yes, there will be limited concessions available at the Preliminary and Final Competitions of Miss USA and Miss Teen USA Shows. Additionally, there are two restaurants on site at Elvis Presley’s Memphis so make your plans to come early and enjoy some Memphis BBQ at Vernon’s Restaurant or Classic American fare at Gladys Diner before the show. Minnie Mae’s Sweet Shop will also be open for anyone wanting ice cream or a sweet treat before or after the competitions. WHAT IS THE AUDIENCE DRESS CODE FOR THE COMPETITIONS? We recommend anything from business casual to formal wear for the Preliminary and Final Miss USA and Teen Competitions. WILL THE MISS USA & MISS TEEN USA FINALS BE TELEVISED? The Miss USA Teen Finals will be livestreamed on Saturday, November 7 at 9:00 PM Eastern via Miss USA social channels. The Miss USA Finals will air live on FYI Network on Monday, November 9th at 8:00 PM Eastern. Where should I stay?
