We have several properties to offer. At this time, properties are available for evening events only. Our Special Events Department will work with you to determine which property would best suit your group's needs. In the case of very large groups, we utilize our entire Plaza complex to entertain your guests with a rotation-type event. While some are enjoying dinner in one or more of our event venues, others are touring or shopping. Events like this truly give guests a feeling of ownership!
Graceland events and evening tours are offered to groups of 50 guests or more. We can work with any size group; however, we must require a minimum of 50 people for billing purposes. If your group numbers 49 guests or less, or is exceptionally large, we will do our best to accommodate you.
private, after-hours graceland tour
When you book your event at Graceland, you can also offer your guests the ultimate Elvis experience by including a private after-hours tour of Graceland Mansion. Your guests will board a shuttle bus in front of the Ticket Pavilion and be driven to the front door of Graceland Mansion. Mansion tours are self-guided audio tours, which allow your guests to proceed at their own pace.
Our party guests usually spend 45 minutes to an hour on the tour. After the tour, the shuttles will deliver your guests back to the Plaza to visit additional attractions or to one of our venues for fabulous food and libations. You may include a visit to any, all, or none of Graceland's attractions.

The Mansion and grounds are available for guided tours only. Dinners, parties, and other functions may only be held in the Graceland Plaza locations as described above. We receive many requests to offer the Mansion and grounds for such activities, but out of respect for the fact that this was Elvis Presley's home and is where he and members of his family are buried, we do not allow functions on the grounds. All tour pricing will be charged according to your final guarantee, actual attendance or the 50 person minimum, whichever is greater. All tour prices above are inclusive and are based on a minimum of 50 people.
Special Event Venues at Graceland
Capacity: 250 (Seated); 300 (Cocktail/Reception)
By day, this indoor property serves as our plaza ticket office and guest services center. However, at night, with its softly-lighted glass columns and large expanse of windows that offer a breathtaking view of the beautifully lit Mansion and grounds, it is transformed into a truly lovely event facility. We require a minimum of 100 guests to reserve the Ticket Pavilion. If a smaller group requests the Ticket Pavilion, there is a $500.00 rental fee in addition to food and beverage charges.
Elvis Presley Car Museum
Capacity: 150 (Seated); 250 (Cocktail/Reception)
This one-of-a-kind museum is the perfect location for a cocktail mixer, but has also been home to seated dinners and "dances in the street." Your guests can "stroll the streets of Memphis" to view this fabulous collection of Elvis' cars or pause to watch the king on the full-size movie screen located in the drive-in area. Your guests will rave about this property! Events held in the Car Museum require payment of a $18.00 per person attraction fee in addition to food and beverage charges. If the Platinum Tour option is purchased for your guests, the Elvis Presley Car Museum is included in the rate.
Chrome Grille at Graceland
Grille offers an exciting mix of red neon lights, lighted highway signs, signals and ceiling mounted car hoods, and one of Elvis’ Harley motorcycles! Existing seating consists of booths, 4-top tables, and best of all, a booth built into a full-sized Cadillac!
Rockabilly's Diner at Graceland
A fifties-styled diner, with neon and wall-mounted jukeboxes, Rockabilly's is a "step back in time." It also features an exclusively Elvis Wurlitzer jukebox which can be programmed with unlimited free plays for your guests for a fee of $150.00 plus tax. Your guests will enjoy many of Elvis' greatest hits from the '50s, '60s and '70s.

There are two sizable covered areas outside in the Plaza available for use. In addition, we have space available to set up large tents behind the Plaza. By using these alternative options, we have successfully entertained up to 1,200 people at a time.
