Two New FTD Releases Available for Pre-Order at Shop Graceland

Continue your Elvis collection with these two new FTD releases, which are now available for pre-order at Shop Graceland.

Both of these releases are expected to ship around July 6, 2016.

"Speedway" Soundtrack - FTD 2-CD Set

This 2-CD set is a must-have for Elvis and "Speedway" fans! The first disc includes Elvis and Nancy Sinatra tunes, as well as remixed soundtrack masters. The second disc features outtakes and the original mono LP master.

"Taking Care of Business in a Flash" Book and CD Set

This special set is the result of a two-year collaboration between David English, Pål Granlund and Paul Richardson and it offers a detailed chronicle of Elvis' career and personal life between the autumn of 1970 and the early weeks of 1971. That time period covers a tour, the release of a documentary and two albums, a return for a fourth stint at the International Hotel in Las Vegas, Elvis' meeting with President Richard Nixon and his receipt  of a national honor from the US Junior Chamber of Commerce.

Across 450 pages, the story is told through newspaper articles, exclusive interviews and documents that have been collected from personal collections, national archives and public libraries. The hardback book is also illustrated with several hundred photographs, many of which are previously unpublished.

The CD features rare material from the time, including three unreleased alternative recordings from the soundtrack LP "Elvis: That's The Way It Is" and two original 1970 mono single-releases that appear on CD for the first time. The disc also includes an audience recording of Elvis' Portland, Oregon concert on November 11, 1970.
