The Tupelo Elvis Festival is looking for contestants for its Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest preliminary round.
The festival is June 2-5 in Tupelo, Mississippi, where Elvis was born, and the contest is June 2-4. The winner will take home a $5,000 cash prize, a commemorative plaque, and a guitar from Tupelo Hardware, and will go on to represent the Tupelo Elvis Festival at the Semifinal Round during Elvis Week 2016 in Memphis. The second place winner will win $1,000 cash and the third place winner will win $500.
