TIME for Kids Reporter Talks "Sixty Years of Elvis"

Elvis is inspiring new generations every day and one 10-year-old writer recently had the opportunity to take the ultimate rock 'n' roll pilgrimage. TIME Magazine's Kid Reporter Graham Ross toured Elvis Presley's Graceland on April 25, and featured the "60 Years of Elvis" VIP Exhibit in his new article on TIMEForKids.com.

"Little did Elvis Presley know that by going to Sun Studio and recording a blues tune with his friends, he would be launching a 60-year legacy," writes the 10-year-old journalist.

Coincidentally, Graham visited Graceland the same day the Consul General of Japan presented Memphis and Graceland with Somei Yoshino Cherry Trees. He kicked off his day greeting many guests from Japan before taking his tour of the mansion.
