Sandy became interested in show business when her parents, Mary Lou and Tony Ferra, entered the night club business, and it was at one of the night clubs that she met her first boyfriend, Elvis Presley. They dated for six years, leading to her dancing in "Viva Las Vegas" and several other Elvis movies. During the 70s Sandy learned the intricacies of the live concert business as an associate with Bob Eubank's Concert Express. In this position she worked closely with Dolly Parton and Barbara Mandrell. Sandy met her husband of 40 years, Wink Martindale, in 1971. She is vice-president of Wink Martindale Enterprises, which creates, develops and produces shows for both radio and television. Several years ago Sandy created sunglasses emblazoned with her husband's name and heart. In 2014, she created an additional pair of sunglasses specially for Elvis' Birthday Celebration. The sunglasses have the name of her first love, Elvis, on one side, and the name of her last love, Wink, on the other. An Elvis version of these sunglasses are now exclusively sold at Graceland and Shop Graceland.
David Porter, internationally renowned songwriter and producer, is a Memphis native. He is a cornerstone of the legendary Stax Records of Memphis. He began his tenure at Stax Records before it was called Stax, and became the first African-American staff songwriter fort the company. Within two years, Isaac Hayes joined him as his co-writing partner and they became one of the top songwriting and producing teams in the country. Porter's songs have sold more than 300 million units worldwide. His most successful songs are "Soul Man," "Hold On I'm Coming," "When Something is Wrong With My Baby" and "I Thank You," to name a few. He also wrote Mariah Carey's hit "Dream Lover" and "Gettin' Jiggy Wit It" by Will Smith. In June 2005, David was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. He continues to write and produce, and he's a successful entrepreneur.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Lisa began her career with Sony Music Entertainment almost 12 years ago. As a Director of Sales for Sony Music Entertainment, Lisa works primarily with the company's vast and influential deep catalog, as well as working with "non-traditional" retailers (such as grocery stores, drug chains and specialty retailers) in order to expand the reach of the music. Lisa is also a lifelong Elvis fan and considers the opportunity to work with and find new opportunities for Elvis' music catalog, arguably one of the greatest in music history, a personal honor.
