Sunday was full of diverse Elvis Week events, from the Fan Club Presidents' Event to The Auction at Graceland to the final round of the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest.
Elvis Presley fan clubs from around the world were celebrated at the morning event, and guests got the scoop on the latest Graceland news and watched the latest Gates of Graceland episode, which will be shared later this month. DJ Argo interviewed Rex and Elisabeth Mansfield, who met Elvis while he served in the Army.
The Auction at Graceland took place at The Guest House at Graceland, and more than 200 lots brought in over $800,000. Learn more about the results, and click here to watch the auction.
The final round of the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest was a fierce one, with contestants donning their best Elvis stage wear and giving powerful, passionate performances. Ben Thompson, who qualified for the Semifinal Round at the Hard Rock Cafe's Last Chance Contest, won the contest, with Diogo Light coming in second place and Cote Deonath finishing in third. Al Joslin and Nick Perkins were top five finalists.
