Elvis Week Recap Day 9 - Going to Church

Elvis fans got a head start on church with the Elvis Presley Gospel Homecoming! The Saturday night concert featured beautiful performances by Terry Blackwood & The Imperials and The Blackwood Brothers Quartet, plus a great interview with Andy Childs and  Former Members of J.D. Elvis Week Recap Day 8 - Viva Las Vegas

Friday started with gospel music and ended with a whole lot of rock 'n' roll. The day kicked off with a Gospel Brunch at The Guest House at Graceland, featuring a rousing performance by the Blackwood Brothers Quartet. The sold-out crowd enjoyed a Southern-style brunch as Billy Blackwood shared stories and songs. Remembering Kang Rhee

Karate Master Kang Rhee, who taught Elvis Presley martial arts, has died. Rhee trained in Kong Soo Do, Chang Mu Kwan, Kwon Bup, Kang Duk Won and Han Kuk Hap Ki Do in the 1950s and 60s. He started PaSaRyu Association in Memphis in 1966.
