GRACELAND COVID-19 INFORMATION

Our current COVID-19 protocols adhere to the latest Health Directive issued by the Shelby County Health Department. Currently, masks are not required for guests, but highly recommended.

In addition, Graceland will continue:

Thorough, commercial-grade cleaning of the campus and all surfaces will continue to be conducted throughout the day.
Hand sanitization stations are widely available throughout the property.
Shuttles and iPads are rotated to allow for thorough sanitization between uses.

Touchless Options Available to Our Guests

Buy your Graceland ticket in advance online and select the EMAIL option so that you can proceed directly to the tour without visiting our ticket windows.
Buy your parking pass in advance online so that you will not need to provide payment upon arrival at Graceland.
Contactless payment options, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, are available in ticketing, retail and restaurants.

Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; therefore, we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. By visiting Graceland you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

If you are in need of a specific tour time for your visit, advanced ticket purchase is encouraged. In addition, purchasing in advance allows you to skip the ticketing lines and proceed directly to your tour at your assigned tour time. Tickets are also available for purchase at the Graceland Ticket Office upon arrival, subject to availability.
