FRIDAY, AUGUST 7

Hard Rock Last Chance Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest – Round 1

Doors open at 8:30 p.m. Show at 9:00 p.m. Hard Rock Cafe, Beale Street. Join the Hard Rock Cafe as they host their annual Ultimate Last Chance Elvis Tribute Artist Contest with live ETA performances. The overall winner selected on August 9 will represent Memphis in the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest Semifinal Round on August 11. Hound Dog Tour: A Musical City Tour Celebrating Elvis by Backbeat Tours

1:00 p.m. Tour departs from Backbeat Tours window at BB King’s Blues Club, located at 143 Beale Street. Join Backbeat Tours for an Elvis tribute tour with a twist! As unique as the man himself, the Hound Dog Tour takes a one-of-a-kind approach to sharing Elvis’ legacy in a high-energy concert and sightseeing tour all rolled into one. Hear all your favorite Elvis hits performed live on Memphis’ only music bus while seeing where he grew up, where he went to school, where he worked, and where he dreamed, as well as sites important to his early career. George Klein’s Elvis Mafia Reunion

5:00-7:00 p.m. Alfred’s, 197 Beale Street. George Klein hosts a reunion of people who were close to Elvis. Lifelong friends and associates will reminisce, share stories and answer questions. Event is $45.00 and includes dinner and the show. All proceeds go to Make-a-Wish and the EP Charity Dinner. Reservations are accepted by calling Alfred’s at 901-525-3711.

Hosted by Joey Sulipeck, see some of the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest semifinalists perform at the Elvis Week Main Stage and show off why they will be competing for the title of Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist of 2015. Artists performing Elvis tributes during this event will be announced at a later time, but all will be 2015 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest semifinalists. Individual tickets are $20. Elvis Week Kick-Off Dance Party with DJ Argo

8:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Elvis Week Main Stage, Graceland. Kick-off Elvis Week with a dance party hosted by Elvis Radio DJ Argo. Dance the night away to Elvis music at the Elvis Week Main Stage. Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest Meet 'n' Greet

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. Hard Rock Cafe, Beale Street. Come out and meet the 2015 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest semifinalists at a private reception reserved for those who have purchased VIP tickets for the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest. This event is now sold out.

Elvis Presley Memorial Trauma Center Elvis Week Fan Reception

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. Elvis Presley Trauma Center, 877 Jefferson Avenue. Celebrate at the Annual Elvis Presley Fan Reception at the Elvis Presley Trauma Center in Memphis. Light refreshments will be served and tours of the trauma center will be conducted.Included in the tour is a stop by the Elvis Presley Trauma Center donor wall, where hundreds of plaques recognize donors who have supported the trauma center named in honor of the King of Rock 'n' Roll. Enter Regional Health at the main entrance. Greeters will then direct you to the reception.

Conversations and a Movie featuring "Spinout"

2:00 p.m. Elvis Week Main Stage, Graceland. Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest Semifinal Round

7:00 p.m. Orpheum Theatre, downtown Memphis. Hosted by Joey Sulipeck, see more than 20 of the best tribute artists in the world perform Elvis tributes as they compete in the Semifinal Round of the 2015 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest. Enjoy hours of Elvis music and entertainment as these winners compete for their chance to advance to the Final Round on Thursday, August 13. The top 10 Elvis tribute artists moving on to the Final Round of the competition will be announced at the end of the Semifinal Round. Backing band for the semifinalists will be the Change of Habit Tribute Band. Two-day tickets are $69.00 (includes Semifinal on 8/11 and Final Round on 8/13). *The $139.00 VIP ticket is now sold out. USPS Elvis Stamp Dedication Ceremony

8:00 a.m. North lawn, Graceland. Elvis will be commemorated on a USPS Forever Stamp as an inductee into the Postal Service’s Music Icon Series. Priscilla Presley will join Postmaster General Megan J. Brennan for this First-Day-of-Issue Dedication Ceremony. Free and open to the public. Read more about the new Elvis stamp.

Elvis Presley Fan Club Presidents’ Event

10:00 a.m. Elvis Week Main Stage, Graceland. Fans are invited to this bi-annual event that celebrates the work of Elvis Presley Fan Clubs around the world. The event will also feature special guest Tony Brown, a pianist and producer who worked with Elvis, along with other event segments that celebrate the life and legacy of Elvis Presley. Guests and more details to be announced soon. Fan Club presidents will get an invite and registration form directly from EPE to attend the event. Other individuals may purchase tickets for $16. Youth Karaoke

1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Graceland Crossing. Children will receive prizes for participating in our karaoke event. Ages for karaoke are 17 and below.

Sony Music Special Event

6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Elvis Presley Car Museum. Sony Music's RCA/Legacy Recordings will host a very special event for fans to experience a new and exciting music project. Watch Graceland.com for more details to come.

Elvis Country with Andy Childs

7:30 p.m. Elvis Week Main Stage, Graceland. Celebrate the country side of Elvis with an evening concert performed by Andy Childs and his band. Elvis, a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame, not only spent time on the pop charts, but on the country charts as well with hits such as "Always on My Mind," "Lovin' Arms" and "Moody Blue." Join us for an evening of music with Andy Childs performing some of Elvis' greatest country hits. Tickets are $30. Elvis 101

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Elvis Week Main Stage, Graceland. Elvis' influence on music, pop culture and society have been studied, analyzed and debated since his music first hit the airwaves in 1954. Elvis 101, with host Tom Brown, will feature scholars, authors and those who have spent hundreds of hours studying Elvis Presley talking in-depth about different aspects of the King of Rock 'n' Roll's life and career. Confirmed guest speakers include Michael Bertrand, author of "Race, Rock and Elvis;" Dr. John Bakke, a professor emeritus of the University of Memphis who has taught seminars on Elvis; Ernst Jorgensen, Elvis historian who has written books on Elvis and oversees the "Follow That Dream" collection; and Elvis historian John Jackson, who is vice president of A&R and Content Development at Legacy Recordings. A Salute to Memphis Music

3:00 p.m. Elvis Week Main Stage, Graceland. Elvis was influenced by the sound and soul of Memphis music - and went on himself to influence the sound coming out of Memphis. During this afternoon concert event, hear Memphis music performed by young talented artists, including musicians  Brad Birkedahl and Will Tucker and singing-duo Gladys and Maybelle. More performers to be announced soon. The show will not only feature Elvis songs, but the sound and soul of other great Memphis musicians. Tickets are $20. The Auction at Graceland

7:00 p.m. Graceland Archives Studio. The Auction at Graceland will include artifacts from across the spectrum of collecting, including items owned by Elvis, gifted by Elvis, written by Elvis, used by Elvis and created to promote the king and his career. Each and every lot in this auction has been thoroughly researched and certified by Graceland Authenticated, the authority in Elvis and pop culture authentication. Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest Final Round

7:00 p.m. Orpheum Theatre, downtown Memphis. Hosted by Joey Sulipeck, enjoy a phenomenal show as the top 10 Elvis tribute artists from the August 11 Semifinal Round compete for the title. The excitement will build throughout the night as the group is narrowed down from ten to five before the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist of 2015 is named. The show will also feature a performance by 2014 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist winner Jay Dupuis. Official Graceland Insiders Conference

Morning segment: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Afternoon segment: 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Elvis Week Main Stage, Graceland. Hosted by Tom Brown, this year's Insiders conference will feature special segments that highlight various parts of Elvis' life and career. Attendees will enjoy sneak peeks, behind-the-scenes looks, rarely-seen videos, feature segments filmed just for the event, special guests and much more. Special guests include songwriter, singer and actor Mac Davis and Sandy Martindale, who dated Elvis and remained friends with him throughout his life. Ernst Jorgensen and John Jackson will also make special appearances. Individual tickets are $40 - includes both morning and afternoon segments. Elvis in Vegas Tribute Concert featuring the Terry Mike Jeffrey Band

8:00 p.m. Elvis Week Main Stage, Graceland. Join us for an evening of music at the Elvis Week Main Stage as we celebrate Elvis in Vegas with a special concert event featuring Terry Mike Jeffrey and his band. The night will salute Elvis' career in Vegas through performances of many fan favorites that you may have heard at one of his Vegas shows, plus fans can enjoy Elvis imagery and videos on the big screen throughout the show. Elvis Presley 5K Run Benefiting Livitup, Inc.

8:00 a.m. The Elvis Presley 5K Run starts and finishes at the Gates of Graceland. After the race, join Livitup, Inc. across from the mansion at Elvis Presley Park on Craft Road for a party under the tent. There will be food, music and fun! Conversations on Elvis

Memorial Mass for the Repose of the Soul of Elvis Presley

In the Studio with Norbert Putnam and David Briggs

3:00 p.m. Elvis Week Main Stage, Graceland. Join Andy Childs as he sits down with some of the musicians who shared the studio with Elvis for an afternoon of music and story-telling. Pianist David Briggs and bassist Norbert Putnam will share their stories of working and recording with Elvis - and will also perform some of their favorite music they played alongside Elvis. This will be a great intimate afternoon event with two musicians who played with the King of Rock 'n' Roll. Individual tickets are $25. Candlelight Vigil

8:30 p.m. Gates of Graceland. After an opening ceremony at the gates of Graceland, fans are invited to walk up the driveway to Elvis' gravesite and back down carrying a candle in quiet remembrance. Free admission. No tickets or reservations. Gates remain open until all who wish to participate in the procession have done so, which typically takes until the early morning hours of August 16, the anniversary date of Elvis' passing. Free secured parking at the Graceland visitor center complex after 6:00 p.m.


SUNDAY, AUGUST 16

Elvis Sunday Morning Gospel Celebration

10:00 a.m. Elvis Week Main Stage, Graceland. Join us for a special close out to Elvis Week with a Sunday morning Elvis Gospel Celebration. The event will feature an acoustic gospel set by Terry Mike Jeffrey plus performances by former members of J.D. Sumner and The Stamps Quartet featuring Donnie Sumner, Bill Baize, Ed Hill and Larry Strickland. Individual tickets are $30. George Klein's Elvis Memorial Service

12:00 Noon. Main Theatre Building, University of Memphis. Free admission. Annual event hosted by George Klein, longtime friend of Elvis. Speakers will include friends and family of Elvis and celebrity guests. For more information, contact the U of M Department of Communication at 901-678-2565.

The Auction at Graceland Preview

July 21 - August 13. Elvis Presley Automobile Museum. View many of the artifacts included in the upcoming August 13 Auction at Graceland at the Elvis Presley Automobile Museum daily between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Free Entertainment Tent at Graceland Crossing

August 8-16. Continuous presentation of Elvis music performed live by various singers and bands, plus other activities. A schedule for the Elvis Week entertainment tent will be available at the Elvis Week information table upon arrival in Memphis.

Morning and Evening Walk Ups to Meditation Garden

Daily throughout the year, there is a special period of time for free admission walk up visits to the Meditation Garden at Graceland. Elvis Week morning walk ups will be from 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. on August 8-16. Morning walk ups may not be available on August 16 due to the Candlelight Vigil. Elvis Week evening walk ups will be from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on August 8-14 and August 16. Evening walk-ups will not be available the night of August 15 due to the Candlelight Vigil.

Graceland Stable Tours

August 14 - August 16. Daily tour times: 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Tour the stables at Graceland! Artifacts on display as part of the Elvis Presley Stable Tour include saddles used by Elvis and his entourage, personal western wear worn by Elvis, checks and documents related to the purchase of some of Elvis’ horses, and home movie footage of Elvis on horseback at Graceland. Cost is $15. Dates/times are subject to weather conditions, safety issues and availability. Tickets may be purchased at the Graceland Ticket Pavilion on day of the tour.
